New Features

Practices can add more HealthCare Providers under the organization

  • Providers can now add multiple Practice users with different custom and pre-built roles, such as billing manager, receptionist, admin, nurse, and doctor, to their practice.
  • Email invitations for adding new users to the practice.
  • Additional users can be billed in the main subscription on a prorated basis

Roles and Permissions Management

  • New roles and permissions feature that allows practices to assign different roles to additional practice users.
  • Customizable permission settings to control access to specific features and data within the application.
  • Ability to create custom roles and assign to practice users

Subscription Management

Practices can manage their subscriptions with greater ease, including:

  • Adding additional users.
  • Viewing billing history.
  • Upgrading plans for all users.

MDM Enhancements

  • Ability to manage more data such as Patient Condition, Route, Drug Timing, Schedule, Blood Group, Allergy Type, Specimen, Modality, Examination Type, and Marital Status.
  • Filters on the Master Data tables
  • Minor enhancements and bug fixes

Notification Banner and Panel

  • A new notification banner and panel have been implemented to keep users informed about important updates and alerts.

Pre-Pay Preference

  • Users now have the option to prefer pre-pay, adding flexibility to their payment methods.

Upgraded Footer

  • App footer has been enhanced to help providers connect with Chat Support, Email support and Help documents faster and better

Full Name Implementation for Patients

  • Improved patient identification and record management with the implementation of full names in the system.
  • Full name implementation for patients in the system for better identification and record-keeping.
