3. Purchases and Subscriptions

If you wish to purchase any product or service through our Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to provide certain information, including payment details. You represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a Subscription for various reasons, like fraud detection, illegal use, violation of terms, etc.

Some parts of our Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (“Billing Cycle”). Your Subscription will automatically renew unless canceled. You can manage your Subscription through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team.

4. Free Trial

We may offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period (“Trial”). HealthPractice offers a 30-day free trial for our plans. During the trial period, you will be required to provide valid payment card information, but no charges will be applied until the trial period ends. If you continue using the Service after the 30-day trial, your card will be charged for the selected plan based on the applicable Billing Cycle.

4.1. Trial Cancellation: If you choose to end the trial early, you may do so by contacting our customer support team or managing your account settings. Upon early cancellation, your account and associated payment card details will be deleted from our systems, in compliance with our Privacy Policy (Section C).
4.2. Switching Trial Plans: If you start a trial with one plan (e.g., OP Practice) and later wish to try the other plan (e.g., Clinic), you are eligible for a new 30-day free trial for the alternate plan. Your card will be charged at the end of the 30-day trial period for the plan you are actively using, based on the applicable Billing Cycle.
4.3. Free Plan Modifications: HealthPractice reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Free Trial or Free Plan, including but not limited to its features, functionality, availability, or usage limits, at any time without prior notice to users. Such changes may take effect immediately upon implementation. By continuing to use the Free Trial or Free Plan, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by any such modifications. HealthPractice shall not be liable to you or any third party for any changes to the Free Trial or Free Plan or any resulting impact on your use of the Service.
4.4. Trial Eligibility: The 30-day free trial is available to new users who have not previously subscribed to the OP Practice or Clinic plans. Each user or practice is limited to one free trial per plan (OP Practice and Clinic). HealthPractice reserves the right to verify eligibility and deny trial access if abuse or violation of these terms is detected, such as creating multiple accounts to extend trial periods.
4.5. Trial End Notification: A banner on the practice dashboard will display a countdown indicating the number of days remaining in your 30-day free trial. It is your responsibility to monitor this banner and cancel the trial before the 30-day period ends if you do not wish to be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your provided payment card will be charged based on the applicable Billing Cycle.
4.6. Conversion to Paid Subscription: If you do not cancel the free trial before the 30-day period ends, your subscription to the selected plan (OP Practice or Clinic) will automatically begin, and your payment card will be charged on the first day following the trial’s end, based on the applicable Billing Cycle. You will receive access to all features of the selected paid plan as described at https://healthpractice.care/plans.
4.7. Plan Availability: The OP Practice and Clinic plans have different features. Please review the plan details at https://healthpractice.care/pricing/ before starting a trial to ensure the selected plan meets your needs.
